GET FIT Career Summer Camp

Held at the Holiday Inn–Presidential in Little Rock, this two-day Leadership & Community Service Institute connected Arkansas youth with professionals, practical leadership experiences, community service, and new possibilities for their futures.

Day 1

Explore, connect, and lead

Students participated in featured presentations, career and networking panels, professional conversations, and a recognition banquet with youth performances and an inspiring keynote.

Day 2

Turn ideas into solutions

Student teams presented solutions focused on bullying, violence, peer pressure, second chances, juvenile justice reform, restorative justice, community safety, and prevention.

Impact

Leadership in action

Participants earned up to 16 volunteer-service hours while building teamwork, public speaking, critical thinking, and civic engagement skills.
